1. Data controller

2. What data and why
We process the data you enter in the form (name, company, phone, email, city, VAT number, message, product list) only to answer your request and prepare a commercial offer (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps prior to entering into a contract) and for business correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest).
3. Recipients
Data may be processed by our service providers: website hosting (Cloudflare), email and the messaging service we use for new-request notifications. We do not sell data or share it for marketing purposes.
4. Retention
We keep data for as long as needed to handle your request and any cooperation, and then for the limitation period for claims — no longer than 3 years from the last contact, unless the law requires a longer period.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data. To exercise them, email office@azerpoltrade.pl. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (uodo.gov.pl).
6. Cookies and analytics
The website does not use marketing or tracking cookies. Visit statistics are collected with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify users. Your request list is stored only in your browser (localStorage).

Providing data is voluntary, but without contact details we cannot reply to your request.
