What is the minimum order value?
We deliver with our own transport for orders from PLN 1,200 net. For smaller orders the customer covers the delivery cost.
How fast do you deliver?
We have a warehouse in Warsaw and deliver anywhere in Poland within 3 business days.
Do you deliver outside Poland?
Yes, we deliver across the European Union — already to Lithuania, the Czech Republic and Germany, among others. Delivery outside Poland is paid by the customer.
What are the payment terms?
We offer deferred payment of 7 to 21 days, depending on the order.
What kind of contract do we sign?
A framework cooperation agreement, a sales agreement or a distribution agreement. Details are agreed individually.
What about prices?
We send the wholesale price list on request. Long-term partners receive discounts.
Can I get samples?
Yes. Tell us which products you are interested in and we will send samples.
How quickly do you reply?
